Companies wishing to be considered for the European FoodTec Award should submit an application by 1st September 2008. The application should include:

• A written company profile
• A detailed documentation of the innovative project, with illustrations and drawings as appropriate, giving the date of implementation.
• A two-page summary of the project.
• Copies of any previous publications describing the project.
